If I had it to do over I would buy the ARP pulley bolt. That torque to yield bolt is a bitch to get turn all the way.

Thanks for the help

Found a bad solder joint on the brown wire where I spliced the new harness. It was one of those low temp solder joints which I cut out and crimped it.

97 - 98 and 99 up have a different VCM

They changed the computer in 1999 so that the 1999 to 2004 share computers and programers (mostly). The 1997 and 1998 model computers are different and some companies don't support them.
