Bought mine at NAPA for around $65, as best I remember. Sure was handy after a mini-rebuild to check temps at various locations and determine uniformity.

Thanks for the input. Cutting from the back of the carpet is a good idea and probably would not be as visible as cutting from the side near the sill plate.

I checked the attachment of the glass (bolts) but found no slack for adjustment. Also, the guide channels appear to install only one way....
unless maybe they have been replaced (?) by an incorrect...

I removed the doors but left the hinges in place. Upper pin had no room to be removed. Cut off the head with the ol Dremel tool and went down to remove.

I removed the plastic windshield washer resevoir with a small cutter in my dremel tool. Small pieces. The shame of it is that I had the stupid resevoir out but 6 months previous. Spent half a day...
