I usually leave the top down in the summer I just put it up a couple of days ago after several months of being down and I didn't see any wrinkles or signs of wear. Mine is a 427 vert with a black top.

Totaled totally, there's a lot more damage there that will show up when they try to repair it. Replacing the tub is a major project and who knows how much damage happened to the frame and suspension....

I wouldn't pass on a good car if it didn't have it. I had it in my C5 and it was just a novelty I just left the speedo on because the tach and oil pressure were too small to be useful.

I find it's easier to sell Corvettes in the spring. Maybe the IRS refund checks help maybe the warm weather but I have had better luck selling in the spring and I also got a few bucks more.
