Exshaust popping on decel is a lean condition caused by the PCM pulling fuel, it's not that bad and I would not worry about it.

The condition is like new and yes it was sent back to Vortech for a new impeller because I accedently damaged it during an install. They replaced it and sent it back looking like it was a brand new...

Vortech T-Trim Head Unit only can do between 10 to 15 no problem with the right pully.
