It's made for a C6, but my installer fitted one to his C5z a week after doing mine with mild fabrication. He had a thread on the install here if I'm not mistaken...

It's an LS2 kit so you'd have to check with your installer on making it work with an LS3.... I wouldn't think it would be hard if the exhaust manifolds are the same. But I'm not sure.
