I got mine last week and it had the correct postage with the original stamp crossed out and the postage due amount marked through it. Don't know if it was returned to the sender or the post office...

I'm amazed that they even have to make a law like this. I was taught to do this "years" ago when I first started driving and it only makes common sense to move over if you can safely do so.
