Be carefull... This stuff can be messy. For some good info on composite materials go to http://composite.about.com/ . There is a TON of information there.

So, I Tried the "dumb" suggestion of using the wheel cleaner AND IT WORKED GREAT!

Just make sure you use a little patience. I turned it over onto each side (I only used a little of the cleaner)...

I got it out, drained it, rinsed it, washed the outside...
