Power steering recall... leak

Remember that recall in 2009 or so??? So I bought my C6 in 2008, 2 years old. 18K miles.... I never got a note from them about the short PS pressure hose cracking so now in 2023 at 86K miles it...

Problem solved: apparently the ECU communicates more than I thought..... after installing the seats (removed for new leather) and the door panels incl door locks (removed for new speakers) it...

OK, this might be a long shot but the car is currently sitting on my lift about 3-4" off the ground.... it is a pain to get this off and back on the lift as it sits so low..... so I ask a stupid...
