The fusible links will be connected to a main terminal that attaches to the fuse box. This one terminal feeds all the fuse in that box. It should be easy to find. You will be looking for an "open"...

That inverse torx socket won't work for an Opti. You need a "deep wall" inverse torx socket for the recessed torx bolts.

Yes, the slot in the cam is also "keyed" . The keyed spline will fit only ONE way in the Opti and ONE way in the cam slot.

You may want to check your blower motor resistor if it is non-electronic.
