to my knowledge fan clutches do not ever engage to 1:1. HD clutches when fully engaged are ~80-90% input speed.
i would be hesitant to spin the fan at 6500 rpm....

some 5 blades fans will bolt to the HD Hayden clutch. they have a little more pitch. an example would be 5 blade p/n 3871276 which came on '67-68 Camaro Z28 and L78.
