You could try calling a Corvette wrecking yard...

You could try calling a Corvette wrecking yard and ask for a quote (like you're interested in buying), on a rear end that fits 80-82 and needs bearings and center pin. That should give you a ballpark...

I cut the tops of the fenders off and then made a bonding strip and used bonding adhesive to reattach them after fixing the rust, it was shown in a restoration book I bought from Ecklers.

I would buy the Hooker sidepipes and headers from Summit, and Spiral Turbo baffles.
I don't think it's too loud, but that's my opinion.

Sounds like the carb. Quadrajet, or Quadrabog as I call them aren't performance carbs.
I'd switch to a Holley or Carter. My 76 used to bog down until I put a Holley Street Avenger on it.
