Nothing ,they are both the same cars just a different way of saying it. Actually coupe is what it's actually called it just happens to have a hatchback for a trunk and a removable roof panel.

yes thats too much for that car last year here in michigan they were selling them for 42 k on dealer lots to anyone w great financing .Whoever said around 39 k is real close..I had to let a 03 ZO6 go...
