Yah no TC or engine drag warning lights. Just reduced engine power and the P2138 code that keeps reactivating after I clear it on the reader.

Well the APP voltages all check out. The next step is to do continuity checks between the APP pins and the pins on the c1 ECM. I hope I find what the hell is going on with this car.
