You aren’t kidding, they sure are long. Look to be very nicely made though. Certainly better welded joints than I’m capable of. The flanges on those things are awfully thick too.

I don’t think it’s an LT1 based on the fact that it has a rear distributor rather than an Optispark on the front of the motor. Best way to tell what you have is the casting number on the block...
