I believe that the MAP reference should be 5VDC and you are getting only 0.2 VDC. That 5VDC comes from the PCM but before you blame the PCM look at other sensors that share that 5VDC reference...

The RAM conversion does have an external bleeder. For me it was much easier to bleed the hydraulic throw out bearing than the stock OEM slave setup.
But the OP was seeing bubbles in the master...
