When your motor got reinstalled you have a positive going to ground somewhere. All the ground wires are interconnected. If one of them is live it will mess them all up.

Awesome. Off to the parts store... For some reason, I seem to think it is important to fix the fuel leak before driving. Unlike, the weatherstripping which I keep putting off since it is drivable....
