For road racing I shoot for around 30 psi when they're hot, but I start out in the 20-25 range depending on the track. AutoX is a different ballgame.

I'm a bad sleeper before track days even when I've checked all the safety boxes. I'd say only run the older tires if you're going 7/10's or less. If you get fresh rubber then go for it!
