Didn't think you could post ebay links. Anyway the car does have bumpers but no mounts as I read it. Would have been nice with interior pics I guess. I just dont remember seeing a 63 SWC for less...

You are looking at $20k minimum to get a forged motor and supporting hardware to make it worth going to turbos. If not, half ass it and blow something up then pay another 20K to do it over again.
