1973 Lower rear valance with side pipes

Just added side pipes to my 1973. Need to replace the Lowe rear exhaust valance with one that does not have the cut outs for the rear exhaust.

I put them on my 2012 GS. Way better then the OEM good years. I got 25,000 miles out of my original Goodyear tires. I have 20,000 miles on my Run flat bridgestones, and they still look and handle...
