I've still got it and the leather on the seats is like new, as I usually keep the Wet Okole covers on them most of the time. The air bolsters also work in the lumbar supports. If you're interested,...

Put some white vinegar + water (50/50 mix) in a spray bottle and try that. The vinegar should remove hard water spots.

The general rule is if you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, then you're going to first have to fill the scratch with touch-up paint before buffing with 3M or any other polish/glaze.
