Re: Edit A4 shift speed page numbers vrs Table speeds. (ToplessTexan)

TT, you stated "Are you changing gears? An 80% change is huge, like going from 3.42 -> 4.28. That said, the speeds you mention sound about right for 3.42 IIRC". I am going to try scaling 80%...

Re: Edit A4 shift speed page numbers vrs Table speeds. (ToplessTexan)

Tanks TT, I like your ideas. I am going to try scaling 80% from what I had with the 3.42's, and then get the 100% up to the WOT setting (I am going to try 1-2 41MPH, 2-3 81MPH, 3-4 135MPH, does...

Re: Quick question..what temp allows TCC lockup? oil or coolant (jfpilla)

I think BLKTA is correct ...engine coolant temperature.....the delay is for engine emissions...Maybe the higher RPM (more exaust) allows quicker CAT lightoff.

Edit A4 shift speed page numbers vrs Table speeds.

Re: 3-4 shift speed at 50%TPS jumps way up.why? (RWTD)

3-4 shift speed at 50%TPS jumps way up.why?

OK I'm confused, I thought the AIR system had to do with the air injection pump. In the codes list, they mention the AIR solenoid and the AIR pump. I,m still thinking this has do do with air...

Re: Ref the post by Nitrovette about LS1 Torque Management (jfpilla)

Yes it does say in the edit users guide that perf. is switch mounted (some other cars). OK then, Normal and Hot normal shift speeds must both be WOT then. Would this be correct?

Re: Ref the post by Nitrovette about LS1 Torque Management (jfpilla)

Re: Where can I download the LS1 Edit, User Guide Version 1.06? (Godspeed)

How about the changes for gear scaling on the version 1.06? Is there any additional paperwork for these changes?, or will the program give options when run.
