How to access antenna motor on a 94?

The electrical antenna of my 94 LT1 doesnīt work anymore, although I can still hear the sound of the motor the thing doesnīt move a bit.

Iīm planning to give the centre panels of my car that contain ashtray, shifter, radio and climate controls are nickel plated metal finish.

I just believe that this would look even better...

I did the upgrade just a few weeks ago. You need to change rotors, calipers and brackets, because the 13" rotors are also thicker than the 12" units. BTW: They also have improved cooling fins inside....

I just dislike the plastic look of the centre console of my 94. There are wood or carbon kits available, but these are flat and look cheap. If there was a molded Carbon kit . . .but there isnīt.
