Chris - had the same problem, was the starter motor. Had it rebuilt and not a problem since (touch wood !!).

GDP - don't know, they were sourced by the convertor. I've seen these kits somewhere on Ecklers, Corvette Central, Mid America.

FYI - local laws here insist that you have Red/Amber combinations...

Real Ruby Reds did NOT have black seats, they were Ruby Red inside & out - this one looks like the Dark Metallic Red

Had the same problem, started with having to turn it on & off a few time before she would crank - turned out to be the starter soleniod, starter rebuilt and it's ok now.

Lucky down here - just had my ragtop redone and the motor trimmer found a distributor with the ridgy didge Haartz material in stock, they have a whole roll of the stuff - might buy it and export back...

The G92 option only tells you that the diff is not the standard economy model, it has nothing to do with the ratio. The actual ratio is defined by the other RPO code you have i.e. GM1, GM2, GU2, G44...

Go the Haartz - just had mine re-done in the original Ruby Red from Haartz and it is suberb - beads beautifly now when a bit of water gets on it, really tight with no sags.

Thanks Jenn - doesn't have to be pristine, I just need to see the colour combos so I can make sure it's going to be around 99% reverse image. Main concern is the carpet colour under the passenger...

It's been converted to RHD, but in the process some of the original carpet pieces on the doors and passenger side under the dash were replaced by non-original. I'm restoring for the 50th Anniversary...

Removed all the Shocks, Front & Rear Springs, Mounting gear. Replaced with new Bilsteins and Coilovers - better handling and ride. Check the sig for the new look.
