Vent Screens

I am thinking about making my own vent screens for my 2003 corvette,how does the side vent screens attach. :confused:

Plastic blocks hold the screens in. here are some instructions that show how they are held in.

BTW I also made my own screens, I replaced the mesh in the OEM Z06 screens with perforated stainless steel.

Mine are held in with some acrylic blocks that are shaped to fit the curves in the vent area and are held in place with some two sided tape.

Can I get "acrylic blocks" at Home Depot? What section are they in?

Maybe I can finally get em in the side vents now :hurray:
