30 pin adapter
 

Last year I bought the 30 pin for my stock radio. You could play Pandora through the head unit while it was in Aux. It plugged to my Iphone 5...well, I no longer have the Iphone 5 and now have the Samsung S4. I'm looking for the female adapter that will reduce to a micro and plug into the Samsung. The only thing I can find is ones that does DATA and charging. Any ideas out there? Thanks for taking the time.

Unlike the old Iphone's 30-pin connector, you can't use the S4's micro USB power connector to output your audio. You'll need to change the adapter/connector to the standard 1/8" headphone plug type connection. This will then connect to the headphone output of your S4 phone.

I believe this is the new kit you'll need to play your audio from your S4 phone. It's available from one of our supporting vendors, DD Mods.

Another option to explore is to add a 30-pin BT receiver to your current setup. In theory, this should allow you to connect wireless, via BT, from your S4.
