I agree with you. I was never a big Corvette fan but the look of the Z06/GS wide body won me over. The bigger tires, the brake calipers, front bumper, and the overall stance just looks meaner and more aggressive. And the wheel choices that came with the wide bodies were much better, imo, also. Some will argue that it's a fraction slower, but really I could not care less. Automatics are faster than the M6 now a days but I still prefer the 3 pedals. And the same with the C7 also.
