68-82 Acrylic 1 Piece Roof Top - LIKE NEW
Just trying to clear out some good parts that I have laying around. This is a one piece smoke grey acrylic roof top that I had on my 79'. It's in mint shape and didn't even see the road. They go for $519 plus shipping new online. I'll take $400 and you cover shipping. Pics to follow. Thanks

I have it sitting inside my house in a spare bedroom. As mentioned, it's literally new.

What would shipping be to CA 95667?
I'll have to box it up and see. If I had to guess probably around $75 or so. It's pretty light, I know that much.
Have you got a picture of the other side ?

Missing parts??
Is it missing part or how does it install on a 77 i see the photos with the part you post it but i dont get how it hooks to the top of a corvette, does it have a sheet of how to install??
I have one of these and love it.
Looks like all the parts are there to me. |
Yep as mentioned above...all the parts are there. They are very simple to put on and off. The front of the top uses the two fittings you see at the bottom of the pic I posted. They just go where your regular t-top posts would go. Then the rear uses the other two 'clamps' to fasten it down. Super easy. I'll try to find a installation document..
Slide the top from driver side to pass side. The two tabs in the middle of the top will insert into the normal T-Top latch spots on the tBar. Then you screw in front screws, line up back pads, tighten them down. The whole process takes about 4 minutes and is rock solid. All parts required for install are in the photographs. Its complete.
Scott, thanks for explaining it a little better. It's hard to write it out on my iPhone!
What manufacturer, shipping to 50035 and friendly bump.
If I recall it was made by Astro Tops. I'm going to bubble wrap it up and try to make a box tonight since I have a few people messaging me about it.
Still here. A lot of talk and have had two people back out...
If you want to rethink your price, I might be interested. Just looked up the price of a new top from Astro and they list for $399. Don't know what you paid but I don't think to many people are going to want to pay full list price for a used top.
Let me know what your best price is. |
That's the first one I saw when doing a Google search. I found out that my uncle actually ordered it directly from Ecklers Corvette. It sells for $519 on there. I couldn't really tell you the difference between that one and the one direct from Astro. None the less...I can let it go for $350 shipped. I think that is more than fair for a brand new top. Thanks
If you tell me that it will fit my 70 vette, is complete and in new condition, I will take it for that price. You can PM me with your contact info and we can discuss the details of getting it from you to me.
