Absolutely love it! Whisper quiet inside and if you didn't know any better you would think you're in a Cadillac. I'm a little apprehensive because it's a first model year but so far it's been perfect.

Very happy with mine, no need to update for a long time. :chevy

Ya, sucks not being the lead dog. Just feel bad when the guy with the new C7 pulls up to my poor C6Z at the stop light, and wonders what just happened:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Love my '13, bought it after the C7 intro knowing full well the C7 would be the rage. Some friends even tried to convince me not too, but I buy what makes me happy and for my own reasons. I could care less about anything else.

C7 is a great car, I can't stand the rear but the rest I like. I'll consider getting one some day. But for now I'm just loving my tried and true last of the run C6.

Yesterday I saw my first C7. I liked it, and will buy one in the future. I wasn't as blown away as I expected. It didn't make me want to immediately get one! It certainly dates my fat 2013 GS, next to it! :(

Yea, it has been fun. I bought the 'dreaded' 05, which has been no trouble at all and I'll tell you that owning it that first year was the best. Still have it and plan to keep it for awhile yet.

Still "lovin the one I'm with" after all these years . . .

Don't feel bad. The guy with the C7 will be laughing and saying "another kid trying to street race, just like the Mustang at the last light"
Trying to drag race a C7 on the street does not make a C6 any better.

Well for what it's worth I think that a base C6 is one of the most attractive cars on the road. I don't think they're obsolete just a great alternative to spending dealer mark up for C7 for the next year or so!!! :D :D

travisnd 10-04-2013 12:08 PM

Actually every forum dealer is selling at MSRP.

Let's be honest. If we had the opportunity to trade our C6 for a C7 straight up, no strings attached, no money exchanged, probably 90% or more of us would. For me, I am waiting until the circumstances are right including the settling down of the current frenzy.

I guess I am one of the 10% that wouldn't. I am not going to say I would never purchase a C7 but at this time with money not the issue I wouldn't buy one. I will be waiting a couple of years for some of the bugs to be fixed before I would look into purchasing one. I still love the C6 and if I was to get another car at this time it would be another C6. GS or 427.
