A surprise from Chevrolet
 

Yesterday Fed Ex stopped at my house with a package . When I opened it I was surprised to have a nice cased drivers guide for my 2013 GS. I was not expecting one and was very pleasantly surprised . Just wish I had time to travel all the roads that were suggested in the guide . Thanks Chevrolet for a nice collectors item to go along with my other treasures .

I got mine 2 weeks after I bought my Vette this past June. It was a nice touch to the Vette experience. I'm hoping the positive experience continues in my future dealings with Chevy.

ETA: I'm curious...Is this something that comes with buying a GS vs a base model??

I got mine about a month after I purchased my 13 GS from Tommy Jr.! It was a very nice surprise...

We got a nice book from GM when we bought our '13 Caddy ATS. Came about two weeks after purchase. It was the history of Cadillac.

Didn't get one for my Vette, but it wasn't new when I bought it.

My wife and I received one, too; a complete and pleasant surprise. The box for the guide is especially nice -- appears to be wrapped in a very supple vinyl or perhaps even leather.

My '13 GS is almost 1 year old and I didn' receive one. Sounds like something I'd like to see. :toetap:

I received the same thing a couple weeks ago. Very nice quality. Bought my GS about 6 weeks ago.

Not really all that useful. I just put it back in the plastic bag with the cover letter and will preserve it for the next owner.

I have a brand new one that's not needed. Make me any reasonable offer in a PM. I even have the cover letter with it except it has my vin # on it.

I have a 13 base coupe bad got that same neat box. I thought it came with all 2013's. Mine came about 6 weeks after I got my car. Mine was an early run car (vin ends in 327).. The car in June and the book in Aug.

Got one with the '12 GS too. Guess depends on the selling dealer.

I have a 2012 1LT base. And I got the same book a month or so after delivery. So maybe you get one when you order a Corvette?

A nice little extra from Chevy for sure.
