Start up with Supercharger

OK, Since I put the stock injectors back in so I could load it on and off the trailer for Knight Performance tuning I thought why not video it. So here is the car BEFORE tuning for the Supercharger. This way I know the belt runs true and no water leaks up to operating temps.

Dam Rick you are a beast ..... Looking good brother

JaxEagle 07-29-2013 02:41 PM

Rick congrats on the install and a great thread over the past week or so. I expect Knight Perf. (assuming they are as good as the recommendation you received) will be able to help you from here.

Johnz02Z06 07-29-2013 02:43 PM

Sounds great Rick! Enjoy!

228/228 112 LSA right? If so, you're cam is just fine. The car is gonna be a BEAST after the tune. I'd think about a meth kit to keep the IAT's down in those hot summer months

Maxx_Z06 07-29-2013 03:05 PM

Damn, bad ass Rick!!!

You're right "that's that"

How can you not want to run it around the block? its like opening up a box of cookies and not trying one.

:iagree: Superior willpower. I'da had to take it out.

Congratulations and good luck with the tune

It's killing me........but, it's not going to run well without 60# injectors and I'm afraid of a lean condition.

Patience....... besides, I got to fix more stuff after I get it back, fuel sending unit, and it looks like I may have an A/C leak somewhere. On top of that I noticed my Climate control is dim again, so the solder iron needs to come out once more....... :toetap:

As I was once told in Bangkok in 1966 while on R&R, if you are worried honey just stick the tip in. We don't want to see the whole enchilada, just a taste, down the street. LOL
