FS:C6 ZO6 brake setup

Wanted to see if anyone is interested in my used set of C6 ZO6 brakes. The rotors are fairly new, slotted rotors and the calipers are in decent condition. The powdercoating is chipped in quite a few places but nothing a good powdercoating place cant fix. There are absolutely no dings or dents on the calipers. I upgraded to ZR1 calipers so these ZO6 brakes either will be retrofitted on my LS2 Vette or sold. I'm asking $1200 for the set which seems pretty fair. I don't have pictures at the moment because the car and brakes are at a shop but I will get pictures soon. If you would like to contact me, please do so at 847-873-7642. I answer texts faster than I do calls. Please note Paypal fees must be covered by buyer along with shipping, which shouldn't be too much. Color of calipers are red. Thanks for your interest. Excellent setup for those going wide body or just want that mean look for their Vette.

Are you selling both fronts and rears?

ZX-6r 07-25-2013 10:56 AM

Everyone thanks for your interest. I will get pictures by monday and post them up. Bump

Here are the pictures. Like I said, decent condition but powder coat imperfections. Rotors were left on car outside thus the discoloration. Once driven on, it will be removed by friction. Some touch up paint used on calipers. If not sold, I'll just send them over to Mike for powder coating and retrofit fit them on my brothers 5th Gen Camaro

I'm basically throwing the rotors in for free. Shipping for rotors will be pretty pricey because they are heavy. If you want the brakes without rotors, price won't be reduced. Again, not in a hurry to sell. Thanks

And unfortunately since I have a back problem It'll be hard for me to calculate shipping for each location as I would have to take the packaged goods back and forth to the UPS store so if a buyer is committed, please PM so I can make one trip and have them shipped out. Not familiar with calculating shipping, box dimensions, total weight etc. If you can arrange for a prepaid label and shipment pick up, that would be an excellent alternative.

Do the pads and brakelines come with the kit?

ZX-6r 07-31-2013 12:18 PM

No brake lines. SS brake lines are pretty cheap and I do have padlets with plenty life but I'd recommend not using them when you can get better carbon ceramic ones. I'd never use someone else's pads simply for peace of mind. But yes, included. Not GM.
