WTT: Pro-touring 69 Camaro for '12 or '13 Z06 or ZR1
WTT: my pro-touring 1969 Camaro for your late model (prefer 2012 or 2013 but not necessary) Z06 or ZR1 and cash.
A car still under warranty is desired. Willing to trade with dealers also. To place an approximate value on my car, I refer you to recent Barrett Jackson auctions. Cars similar to mine have sold between $125,000 and $165,000. It's a total frame off rebuild. I have hundreds of detailed pictures documenting the entire process of the build and the car was built by one of the best shops in the country. You're crazy, that thing's twice as cool as either car you're seeking.

I'd be interested. Does it have A/C? Can the cage come out? Are you in AZ?

Cage is welded into the body at four spots. I guess you could remove it. There are several things that add to the rigidity of the car. The cage is one of them. The DSE transmission crossmember is another. I wouldn't remove it but it's your car. :) http://www.detroitspeed.com/1967-196...ossmember.html I live in north Phoenix. |

The cage, like many parts of the car, is a DSE cage. It has a "removable cross-bar with CNC machined stainless steel clevis and quick-pins. The exclusive DSE design follows the interior lines of the car. It does not interfere with the interior comfort and packages close to the headliner and back window glass." FWIW, I view the cage (any cage really) as a cranium crusher. I have never driven the car with a passenger in the back seat. http://www.detroitspeed.com/1967-196...roll-cage.html |
That is one sick PT camaro !! Having DSE's full suspension is a dream of mine ! I know it corners like its on rails . I would just have to hang on to that beast. are you on Pro-Touring.com ?

A green Camaro just like yours went across the block for $72k so not sure where you're getting your numbers. It even had an LS7...
