FS: 2008 Corvette Black Automatic 416RWHP
 

Well, no luck. Had another deal fall through. Scam after scam unfortunately. I will make this process as accommodating as I possibly can but here goes.

Overview:

This is my 2008 Chevrolet Corvette up for sale. 58xxx miles. Almost completely blacked out with tasteful mods all of which have less than 5,000 miles on them. All mods were professionally installed by Vector Motorsports in Clinton Township, MI. The car has never been tracked or been to the drag strip. Car is garage kept and never driven with snow on the ground. It is driven on nice sunny days so mileage may vary. I am selling the car due to the recent acquisition of a house. I have had my fun, and now it is time to do something long term for the wife and make her a nice home. The car does have a lien through Ally Gmac and the title is kept by them. Ally will fax a copy to any bank that needs one to assume the deal. I am no longer in a rush to sell the vehicle so please don't waste my time and I promise I wont waste yours.

The Bad :

Car will show one accident on 9/18; the back bumper was scratched and it knocked a tail light loose. Either a person kicked it or a car backed into it. I keep my stuff nice and had it replaced that week at Moran Chevrolet in Clinton Township.

Front TKO bumper is aftermarket and is only used when daily driven. It has rock chips. The sale includes the 9/10 stock bumper with no chips.

Summary :

Car is overall in 8/10 condition. No major defects. No engine, mechanical, electrical or otherwise issues with the vehicle. No paint work needed unless you want to keep using the aftermarket bumper. The car is priced at $26,000 absolutely firm. This is one of the cheapest 2008's on the market and I think is more than a fair deal. It is priced to move. Very cool car, I like the bumper. I wish you the best on your sale. Sad to hear about all the scams though. That's why I didn't sell mine, I just traded it in to avoid all the dirt bags. Goodluck on everything.

Thank you. Yeah it is absolutely, UNREAL. Day after day there is one attempt after another. I tried quotes at dealerships but HAH they are the worst scammers of all. 20k-22k are their best offers. Psh. I'd rather keep the car. :cheers:

Anywho, just so everyone knows. I'm willing to use www.escrow.com they will insure your money and insure my car transfers to your name. Costs about $200 which I will split with you but its an absolute worry free solution.

If I run off with the car, you get refunded all your money. If you run off with the car and the money defaults escrow pays me =) win/win

Hows fitment of front aftermarket bumper

Highly interested! Where is this car located? I will be giving you a call firs thing tomorrow.

Fitment is good I do have a picture that is closer as you can see from that distance it looks good. I'd say there is a half inch gap. Doesnt bug me at all. It ended up pretty good for being fiberglass. I am located in metro Detroit in new Baltimore.

Heads up, car cover is on it; it will no longer be driven as to preserve the mileage. 59,000 almost on the money. It will be started to keep battery in good shape but its now purely for sale. PM me let's find a way to make a deal ;)
