Is 2010 key fob waterproof?
About to rain and I was wondering if I need to find a plastic bag to keep it from getting ruined!?! I'd be stuck if it goes bad!

My 05 fob has now gone from washer to dryer twice and works perfect, and it's clean. I hate it, cause there is no key, and don't keep key to the house on it, so I forget about it in my pocket.

It probably won't get ruined BUT it may take a while to dry off enough for it to work so i'd wrap it....

If worried -- any piece of plastic will wrap it & stay dry.

My FOB from my 09 is waterproof. It went throught the washer the other day :ack: and was fine :woohoo:
