Photo's Of My '04 Z
I decided to run 18x10.5 wheels on all 4 corners for the street. I recently got another pair of 18" Speedlines from a forum member, and got the new tires mounted up last week. I went with the Conti Extreme Contact DW tires. 295/35/18 rear and 275/35/18 front (Thanks for the help Skeeter:D).
Anyway, I thought I would share some photo's. I know black-on-black is a love it or hate it affair around here.....so PLEASE, keep your happy thoughts to yourself if you don't like it:thumbs: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psb435a429.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psaea8f1e4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psaca45ab6.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps33541e6e.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps9c2f9390.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps358b9297.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps43b57f7f.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps4805094d.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps002f5f09.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psc3422659.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps59914d30.jpg And for kicks....my track set-up, which is another set of 18x10.5 Speedlines that I got from House Of Wheels a couple of months back. Tires are Nitto NT01 315/30/18's http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pscbe56afd.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps5f0d2762.jpg Thanks for looking..... |

I like it! "BUT" you gotta take the good with the bad comments! :yesnod:
Members will kill you even more for saying they can't say what they honestly like or dislike! :willy: Thanks,Matt |
How much negative camber in the front?
I was running 18x10.5 on all fours but got tired of the way the fronts stuck out so I switched back. Maybe the angle looks like you have none |

Maybe the angle looks like you have none It's got -2.9 degrees camber on the front, so yeah, the front tires are pretty flush at the top. You can see the camber in this pic pretty good....and the 315's are fairly flush..little bit of poky http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pscbe56afd.jpg

Hi, I had a couple questions regarding the awesome setup you have above. I never thought the 18x10.5 would fit in the front. Is there a special offset for the front or are they the stock offset from the rear? I also have the DRM Brake duct kit installed with spindle ducts. Do the front 275's rub at all?? 315's?? Do the 315's rub in the back in the wheel well / rear duct? I'm assuming the fronts only rub when you go lock to lock. Do you have any TC/AH problems? Any problems in comp mode on the track? If you could please help me out, I would really appreciate it. Again nice setup:thumbs: Mike |
nice looking ride!
