Whats with the black stripe behind the hood vent?

I have never seen a black stripe running up the hood like that. Is that just light playing tricks? Does anyone know anything about that hood stripe?

The hood stripe is the stinger stripe that was mentioned as being an option.

Wow. Much better than previous stripes. I totally disliked them. Now I would at least consider.

Compare the C6 hood side edges and front fenders under hood area against those of the C7. What do you think is the significance in what we see and any design improvements gained? I don't think I have ever seen any thing like this. Interesting.:flag:

Thanks for posting! Its always great seeing new pictures. The dash looks naaaaaaked without the carbon fiber IMHO.
