Hi, what version software, and is it unlocked?

Guess I'll have to claim that whatever version the tuner came with new is what it has now.. I don't have the PC cord so it hasn't been updated.
Also, I NEVER downloaded the tune(s) it came with as I ended up taking car to Lingenfelter and they loaded tune specific to the mods I had done so the tuner I'm selling was simply used to check/clear codes ....no tunes were put into or taken from the Granatelli

I know there is no tune however, in the menu can you turn on and off the emissions such as the air pump and rear 02's and disable DTC codes or does it have a version loaded that doesn't let you do that?

according to Diablosport you can only adjust emissions and 02's through a specific tune ..
