Guilty...!

jdot 05-03-2013 05:29 PM

At the risk of sounding arrogant (like all of us) I look at everything that reflects my car back at me.

MSG C5 05-03-2013 05:30 PM

That's OK. It may be a "guy thing", but if it wasn't for my wife/co-pilot, the vanity mirrors would never be used! :yesnod:

DARRYLZO6 05-03-2013 05:31 PM

I do that whenever possible. Especially on a nice sunny day!

Cybermind 05-03-2013 06:33 PM

Yep, I do it all the time. Except I actually tell my wife to check out the reflection in the window. She does and then stares at me like I'm some weirdo. Glad to see I'm not alone!!

avettelovertu 05-03-2013 06:35 PM

This gal does it too! Dang that car looks sharp!

DSTURBD 05-03-2013 07:37 PM

There was one street in Fort Collins, of the many that led down to Old Town, that I took every time simply because there was a stretch that had three buildings in a row with mirrored front windows!!!!!

I'm amazed that I never rear-ended anybody!!!!  But then, I did try to be careful about it.

At least as guilty as you are!!!!!!! :D

:iagree: I was just in Kelowna BC yesterday & there is a beautiful dark tint office tower on the main drag that's perfect for ego building! :)

Here is the real question.

You are stylin and profilin down the main street of your town. Up ahead is your favorite set of reflective store front glass on the right. Before you get to this spot, you notice this drop dead gorgeous woman also with a nice set, coming toward you on the left. Now here is the question, You only have time to look to the right where the store fronts are, or look to the left to check out the bedonkadonk Which way do you look?
This is just data research :yesnod:

cdnguyred88 05-03-2013 08:08 PM

I look left and go back around the block so I can go by the Windows... :leaving:

One question...

Is her "set" OEM or modified?!

if she is drop dead gorgeous does it really matter?
sorry to divert the thread a bit. BTW when IM with the wife, it doesn't deter me from looking... after she hits me, I simply tell her I'm not dead.

From the title of the thread I thought it was going to be about an activity where you run the risk of hairy palms and going blind...:hide:

Jeff T. 05-03-2013 08:52 PM

I've been doing that since I was 16 and I had my first car a 65 Impala SS. That was over 40 years ago!!

I will admit, it's allot more fun in the Corvette!! :D

I'm not sure I follow. Do you mean that you have been doing something that will give you hairy palms, or looking at yourself in reflective windows?!?!?!?

By the way, as I thump my chest like King Kong, I will claim that I started at 13!!!!!!
