Problems with TPS Motorsports

Has anyone else had problems with TPS Motorsports in Campbell, CA? I ordered some rotors and pads from them a couple of weeks ago. They charged my card immediately, but no word on a shipping date or tracking number. After a week, I tried calling and emailing and got no response. They finally call back a couple days later, and I ask them to cancel the order, and now I'm waiting on a refund to my credit card. I hope I don't have to dispute the charge with the CC Co. Sorry for the rant, but it pisses me off when shops are in a hurry to take your money, but can't be bothered to keep you informed of any delays. I guess I'll be using NAPA from now on. Thanks for letting me vent.

Sorry to hear you had problems, but I just ordered calipers and braided lines arrived in three days. Hopefully I don't have any problems when returning core exchange . Keep us informed. Good luck

Unfortunately our rotor supplier had a family emergency which disrupted delivery but we're back on track now... sorry for the inconvenience.

As far as charging your card... we have to capture the funds immediately or the authorization will not be valid when it is time to ship the product.
