I don't know if this is who your looking for, but Gary's Steering Wheel Restoration in Carlisle PA, has been around for years and does great work.

If its for a simulated wood wheel, i would look for a good used unit. I had one "restored" a few years ago by a forum vendor to the tune of several hundred dollars and it came back with a thick layer of resin all around it. Sure the crack was fixed, but the steering wheel looked terrible. Now it just sits on my shelf in the garage. I doubt anybody will ever want it. Waist of money.

I used a soft wax used for wood working to fill in a small crack on mine. I found one that was very close in color. Worked great
