Love the car, but this lady is fake. She clearly doesn't know much/care about Corvettes. It really shows off as she's presenting.

I wish they'd limit the presenters to people who actually know the car.

It's pretty hard to keep the big wigs off the stage of a major product reveal. She is Susan Docherty, president and managing director of Chevrolet and Cadillac Europe.

Vert looks good, and at lot more like a C6 to me than the coupe does.

She seemed well intended, but ill practiced. The C7 deserves, needs, the best possible introductions to the public :flag:

I understand your opinion but it is all about corporate politics. I think the C7 will do just fine as the intro will soon be forgotten and the looks of the Corvette will remain.:thumbs:

Why does the convertible look so much better than the coupe! It is sooo cool that I am thinking of trading my '04 C5 vert garage queen with 8400 miles and my '04 F150 Laredo with 49700 miles as a down payment on a new C7 convertible. I just don't know if I can do such a trade.

Oddly enough, lots of folks here have said exactly the opposite. As a '05 vert owner myself, I am really liking the coupe this time around. Haven't made any decisions yet tho.

people who are uncomfortable making a presentation sometimes don't. I tend to agree with the opinion above.
