I agree with most of my fellow Corvette owners.
1. Paint everything the same color.
2. put a ground effects kit
3. increase HP's with some kind of turbo or supercharger, (need to find out what works best for that specific motor)
4. beat the dust out of it and race it like if it was stolen.

C6 three spoke steering wheel with C7 emblem:thumbs:

Car looks very Ferrari-esque. That's not a compliment, just an observation. List of mods would be: Tint, full exhaust, CAI, wheels and whatever turbo kit was available.

Well of course a complete aftermarket rear end kit, that fits the rest of the lines and design of the awesome C7, and does not look so cheap, chessy, flat, boxy, smashed in, and I won't even mention the 3 sylabel C word that ends with an "O".

:iagree: Big Time!
It's a good thing they put the word Corvette on the rear it tell's everyone it's not a new Camaro when viewed from behind only
:ack:

It's pretty bad ass as it is, especially if you get a Z51 with competition seats and carbon interior accents. :yesnod:

Here is what I would do for the first year:

Clear bra, tint, lower on the stock bolts/re-align, headers & intake (keep stock multi-mode catback). Then just drive the hell out of it every day to work and lots of track events. Maybe heads and cam down the road once the tuners start to figure things out and I get a feel for reliability of engine and drivetrain parts.

Dump the Stingray emblems on the sides. They look like an afterthought. I am one of the few that likes the back end, just got to get a dark color to make the black vents and rear section not stand out. The silver/gray looks fabulous especially with the chrome wheels. Lastly put a hot blonde in the passenger seat. That shouldn't be too hard to do with this car.;)

Dump the stingray emblem and exhaust.

Tint in Texas is not so much a mod but more of a necessity, so that too.

I'd get rid of the silly looking bar in the grille, get rid of the Camaro tail lights, and paint out most of the black colot to match the color of the rest of the vehicle. That goes for the black side vents. Otherwise, it's not a bad looking car.

The first thing I'd do is add 57-style shark teeth to that blah toothless mouth!

That was exactly what I was thinking. If any Vette generation could benefit by having the shark teeth installed it's this one. They would look great!
I would add painting the ducts and other trim body color and doing a cold air and exhaust upgrade.

To the OP, damn that pic looks good. I picked exhaust as that is usually the first mod I do once I decide on the full plan of mods to be done performance wise. Gotta have that rumble.

- As for the PCM, don't worry, it will get cracked. GM performance enthusiasts work for GM and will spill the beans.. ;)

depending on how it handles on track;

1)
rewire it completely, eliminating all the modules except the ECM, and run new hydraulilc brake lines so you can get good mechanical bias, with a stand alone ECM. Run c5 EBCM controlling the ABS.

i almost did that with my c6z, but sold it instead... so it may be a while...

2) supercharger

3) 18x12 wheels all around with some race rubber

4) whatever else it needs

My mind has been racing since before it came out and now that I've seen pictures I want to put my hands on it to really come up with some new designs. Any one know someone that can get me to one for a few hours? I think I can come up with quite a few "Fixes" in no time.

Window Valet from TopDown Tech (assuming they release a Window Valet for the C7 :yesnod:)

You do realize that this time around there is a factory option tunable exhaust. Totally different from the old style NPP .................. :willy:
