You should have "bumped" one so they would have to pull over and examine the damage ;)

Phanni 12-18-2012 08:40 AM

It was actually a Corvette buddy that took the pictures.

I think someone should comment about the shape of the tail lights!! :willy:

PushinTheLimit 12-18-2012 08:47 AM

I live in Crossville... guess they were just passing through. Wish I could've seen them.

Nice rear view of the 2014 Camaro!

yup! CAD rendering taillight shape! they aren't hiding them with fake round LEDs

Jinx 12-18-2012 11:15 AM

Is that a calliope under the rear bumper?

These are obviously much closer to production than the other mules running around. The other ones had a round LED array to throw people off, but these appear to have the production light housings behind the camo. Very cool to see.

Thanks for the photo, definitely gives us a glimpse we haven't seen yet.

Were these taken from a low flying aircraft? The point of view is pretty high up!

I would guess from a semi since it's high up and VERY early in the morning.

LT1_E85_Corvette 12-18-2012 11:45 AM

OMG they are going to be box like! These will look so much better than the round mule photo's.

JoesC5 12-18-2012 11:46 AM

It appears they had four different designers at work on the taillights. To keep from getting anyone's feelings hurt, GM gave each designer their own taillight to design, thus we have four different shapes, as the photo clearly shows.

You're evil!

And, it seems as though you got your wish. Anyone want to make a bet on how long it takes for this to get locked? The mods have CLEARLY grown tired of tail light talk (as have I).

OMG, I want that optional roof mounted CB antenna!!!

I think we should all wrap our C5's/C6's in vinyl and foam and drive them around just to mess with people...

BeaZt 12-18-2012 11:54 AM

The width fills up that lane pretty good.

I willing to predict that the C7's width comes in a little wider then the base C6(72.6") and a tiny bit narrower then the wide body C6(75.9").

I'm going for 74.8". What say everyone else?
