Minutes is pretty accurate. I don't see the enjoyment of buying them and then reselling weeks later:(

I agree. I didn't know he has owned over 60 Corvettes. Thought this guy just bought his dream car. Oops :smash:

Harvey's at it again. Last C6? Guess he'll have to keep this one for what, eight or nine months? More power to him if it makes him happy. I really like the NRB with those wheels. Car looks great. Congrats Harvey!

I wish I was one-tenth as baller as Harvey. :sadangel:
Congratulations sir! That is a true beauty! For those betraying more than just a hint of envy, look at it this way: With Harvey buying and selling super nice Corvettes at a rapid clip it produces more "gently used" gems at (hopefully) a lower price that mere mortals like the rest of us can then afford. :D |
Congrats Harvey! So what # ZR1 did you end up with?
|
Love that color.

Glen: Thanks very much for posting the Pictures......Glen who is from Canada purchased my 2013 427 60th Convertible --really sight unseen, even though he did come to Long Island to pick it up........Very smooth Deal and pleasure to Deal with...
I will have to get some side views of the Wheels...but its my understanding that the Wheels are the one's that go with the Cup tires which I did not take..... The stripe is the 6oth with a different shade of grey in the background...........Does look great especially in the Sunlight...that will do it for me as far as the C6 goes---so its going to be along haul till C7 arrives (god Willing)...... Do not have it to bad though with the ZR1 the Zl1 Convertible and the new Beetle for those messy trips....... Want to Thank Everybody out there for there Support, and positive Quotes about me......."GOD BLESS THE CORVETTE" # 63......Harvey Always good to see you. Ed |
A one of a kind car for a one of a kind person i suppose :)
Congrats to you good Sir, hope you enjoy the heck out of this car Looks great |

Guys...we all have different methods of enjoyment and length of time with vehicles, and although I too didn't see all the logic in only having a vehicle for a few months and flipping it to get something very similar......until I met Harvey and understood what a true cool car guy he is and he would give ALL his Corvettes back to have his wife still with him today. Very sad and I feel for him. Life is short and we need to share it with someone we love.....and if the pursuit and ordering of a new Corvette is a form of enjoyment, then so be it and I admire that.
Hey if I am still coherent and haven't pissed off the women in my life, I would love to still drive a 600+hp stick car in my 70s and be known on a first name basis with the guys that build them at the plant....I would be very happy with that! All the best Harvey and please let me know if you come up to Toronto next Spring so we can have a coffee and compare notes on our car passions. I look forward to seeing your version of the C7 and how it will top the current collector you now have! - Glen |
