Same issues for me. Would my tires cause this?

275/30/19 rear
235/35/18 front

Not trying to hi jack. A lot of good info here.

That combination works in relation to having the correct diameter stagger.....
HOWEVER, it looks like last owner did a poor job picking appropriate sized tires.

Just for future reference for anyone that needs it, here's the diameter calculator that I used the other day:

Not sure who chose your tire sizes but They are interesting to say the least. :D. Your rear is 1.2" larger than your front so you should be fine with Active handling/TC. Your speedo is going to be off though.

Front 235/35/18 - 24.4"
Rear 275/30/19 - 25.6"
Rear is 1.2" larger

Stock C5 diameters:
Front 25.7"
Rear 26.7"

Stock Z06 diameters
Front 25.4"
Rear 26.1"

Appreciate the replies. What would be the correct size if I replaced them? Is staying with the stock diameter best?

Depends on your rim widths. Most aftermarket 18/19 rims are 9.5" front and 10-11" rear.
I run 275 front on 18x9.5 and 285 rear on 19x10.

What are your rim widths ?

I would assume that you went with a 9.5 or 10" front, and a 10.5 or 11" rear.

In that case most go with

265/35/18 front - 25.3"
305/30/19 rear - 26.3"
Rear is 1.0" larger than front

275/35/18 front - 25.6"
305/30/19 rear - 26.3"
Rear is 0.7" larger than front

I like the

275/35/18 front - 25.6"
305/30/19 rear - 26.3"

I will measure my wheels to see how wide they are.

Should be stamped on the back of your rims. If you only have 10" rims in the rear, you're not going to want 305s.

I've searched and can't see the stamped size. I haven't removed the wheel thought to check. I did measure the width and it looks like they are 10.5" wheels.

I'm looking at the Hankook V12 tires

275/35ZR18 that are 25.6" tall for the front

285/35ZR19 that are 26.9" tall for the rear

Is this a good choice? Both will fit my rims.

Not sure how you measured the rim with a tire mounted on it :confused2:
You will need to take the rim off and look at the measurement stamped on the back.
