But I have no clue how people could let cars such as this sit in a barn and just forget about them. :crazy: |

Makes me want to stick a brand new 427 vert in a barn tomorrow and take it out 37 years from now when I'm 81. Well, not really, but a cool thought nonetheless.

Finding that car has got to be like hitting the lottery. With a little help it just might run. What a great project.

Awesome story and fantastic Vette!
:cheers: |
I Talked to the owner of the car, His father-in-law died, RIP, and his wife gave him the Vette! Yes, I repeat his wife gave him the Vette!.
He is having it towed to a repair shop tomorrow AM at 9. It is still there in the garage now. Oh, and I was mistaken, the car has been in the garage for 33 years, not 39. Sorry! |
What a nice find! :thumbs::thumbs:
