You sure? Compared to the plate, it looks kinda long. To me, it looks like the seat belt guide that goes under the seat in the retractor compartment.


**edit** I bow down....I checked mine, and I was wrong. It definitely goes to the T-top strap. Most likely on a wheel hump. Check on the wall behind the seats, it could also go there.

It doesn't go on the t-tops. It attaches to the floor between the seats. It's used to secure the t-top straps.
