Npp?
Is it safe to assume my 2012 GS 3LT has NPP exhaust? In winter storage & cant get to glove box.
Tx, Ken |
Only if it was ordered that way.
NPP is an option regardless of interior level chosen |
NPP is on option of 3LT.
Have to ask the dealer if all of his 3LT's have NPP. |
NPP is a stand alone option and has nothing to do with trim levels! You can have a 1LT with it or a 4 LT without it!

Look at the pipes, you'll see valves inside them. |
It will be listed on window sticker.
I would think if it had it though, you would already know(no disrespect intended) Bert Roll Tide! |
The butterfly valve at the tailpipes will tell you for sure. If you're still unsure, start it up. If you rev it up past 3000 rpms and the exhaust suddenly sounds meaner... you have NPP.

If you can see the actuators on top of the inside tubes, and the baffles inside them, tne you have the NPP exhaust. As others pointed out it is a standalone extra cost option.

...now you need to install a M2W so the NPP can be controlled on-demand ! |
