Mods - PLEASE HELP!

From my PC, I accidentally changed my "skin mode" to the Iphone setting and now I can't change it back. All I see now is a white screen with blocks to type in.
When I try to change the skin mode back to C5 ZO6, it denies the request because of some security token.
