To Hell and Back: John Marshall's Resurrected 1968 Corvette
He could have given up on this so many times. But this shows you what perseverance can do...

I think persevering isn't difficult when cash is readily available.
Nice Vette. |

Nice Vette. I don't understand what the perseverance was? Making himself cut another check to someone who was doing all the work? I thought HE built the car, that I would have understood. Too have one built for you and then to sell it, it just doesn't make sense to me. Oh well, there's one born every day. |

Maybe he had to perservere through the process of writing several checks. That car had to cost a TON of cash.... |

All that money and he cheaped out on the SS trim around the clutch and brake pedals?

He coverd the $200K in one appearance. I am sure he doesn't care what it sold for, or if it even sold at all.
What is odd is that someone actually left the 75 to 79 nose on the front of a 68 vette, when they had access to the kind of funds for the build. Oh, and the clutch trim too. |
To Hell and Back
yes.... yes indeed! :lolg: |
i find it hard to perceive it as to hell and back when the toughest thing done was moving a pen on a check. i guess it's all in the perception.

I'd like to know what happened at the FIRST shop that left all the pieces sitting at the curb./:\
